Baser Khalaf Khazael earned his BA in Business Administration in 2004, finishing first in his class. He also earned his MA in 2010 and PhD in 2015 from the College of Management and Economics, University of Mosul, Iraq. He is currently the Head of the Management Technology Department at Al-Hawija Technical College.
