This work describes a voice recognition system that does not need an intermediate phonetic representation to convert audio input to text. The system is based on a mix of the the Connectionist Temporal Classification goal function and deep bidirectional LSTM recurrent neural network architecture . A new method is proposed in which the network is taught to reduce the likelihood of an arbitrary transcription loss function being encountered. without the aid of any lexicons or models, this allows for a direct optimization of WER. The system has a WER (word error rate) of 22 percent , 20 percent with simply a lexicon of authorized terms, 9 percent using a trigram language model. The error rate drops to 7 percent when the network is used in conjunction with a baseline system. Index Terms—word error rate, deep bidirectional, recurrent neural network

The purpose of this study is to discuss the design and implementation of autonomous surface vehicle (ASV) systems. There’s a lot riding on the advancement and improvement of ASV applications, especially given the benefits they provide over other biometric approaches. Modern speaker recognition systems rely on statistical models like hidden Markov model (HMM), support vector machine (SVM), artificial neural networks (ANN), generalized method of moments (GMM), and combined models to identify speakers. Using a French dataset, this study investigates the effectiveness of prompted text speaker verification. At a context-free, single mixed mono phony level, this study has been constructing a continuous speech system based on HMM. After that, suitable voice data is used to build the client and world models. In order to verify speakers, the text-dependent speaker ver- ification system uses sentence HMM that have been concatenated for the key text. Normalized log-likelihood is determined from client model forced by Viterbi algorithm and world model, in the verification step as the difference between the log- likelihood. At long last, a method for figuring out the verification results is revealed.

Detailed Inverted pendulum systems' mechanical configurations show a great deal of variation. In order to better understand the dynamics of the commonly-referred-to as the "Rotary inverted system," an enlarged unstable Rotary planer inverted pendulum configuration, this research employs mathematical concepts. Pinned connections are often used to securely attach the inverted pendulum to the rotating actuation base in planar pendulums. The analysis of a Rotary-inverted pendulum is presented in this study to aid in the progress of underactuated robotic system development. This design is particularly noteworthy because to its capacity to precisely emulate the equilibrium seen while holding a broomstick, which is accomplished by considering the revolute joints of the elbow and shoulder. The dynamical equation for the Rotary-inverted pendulum may be formulated by using the Lagrangian equation of motion. Because of its flexibility and user-friendliness, the MATLAB programming language and environment is widely used in the scientific and technical fields. The accuracy of a nonlinear computational model of a system may be checked by

When it comes to an industry or a process, the programmable logic controller, often known as a PLC, is the core controlling controller. In the event that the process is planned in an acceptable manner, the needed goals may be met via the successful functioning of the process and safety concerns. This technical paper provides a concise comparison of the automation systems that are now in use and the technologies that have been utilized in the past. This was particularly prevalent in the past. One of the distinguishing characteristics of these logics was the presence of human participation and faults. Programmable logic controllers (PLCs), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), and distributed control systems (DCS) are some examples of new particular tools that have contributed to an improvement in productivity, accuracy, precision, and efficiency. These advancements have been made possible by the introduction and use of microprocessors and microcontrollers. In addition to reducing the amount of human interaction, these systems enhanced the degree of flexibility in the process control. The name "automation" makes it clearly clear that it refers to the process of running a process or repetition in an efficient manner by adding mechanisms and control sequences in the proper order many times with acceptable variances in the output of the process. This is accomplished by adding the sequences of control and mechanisms in the suitable order. Keywords: PLC, Logic control, SCADA and DCS, automation
Development of Coplanar Microstrip Antenna for Use in ITS Nad GPS Applications

The goal of this paper is to create a modern, low-profile, coplanar, flexible microstrip antenna that can be used in smart transportation systems and global positioning systems. There is power coming from the middle of the ring -square filled patch antenna, and it is linked in a straight line. These two antennas are put together to make the utility antenna. The utility antenna is made by putting these two antennas together. The linked square-ring patch antenna is an example of a coplanar basic single-fed method. This antenna works with the GPS L2 frequency of 1.300 GHz in basic mode and has circle polarization on the right side. This strategy is being thought about inside the antenna building. The square-ring is an extra part that gives the center-fed square patch antenna vertical linear polarization in TM mode for ITS uses. This causes the resistance bandwidth to grow by a large amount. It turns out that the radiation patterns and the return loss match up very well between the modeling and the test. Keywords: square-ring, multi-functional , microstrip antennas, Dual polarization
