Dr. Muzahim Riyad Hamdoun Abdul Rahim
- Born in Mosul in 1979.
- He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, from 2004-2005.
- He was appointed to the Technical Education Authority at Mosul Technical Institute in 2005 as one of the top appointments in the academic departments.
- He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, from 2011.
- He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, from 2024.

He has held several positions during his professional career at Mosul Technical Institute, including:
- Evening Course Coordinator in the Office Management Techniques Department for several academic years.
- Morning Course Coordinator in the Office Management Techniques Department for several academic years.
- Head of the Office Management Techniques Department from 2019 until his acceptance into doctoral studies at the end of 2020.
- Member of the department's examination committees since 2012.
- Member of the Central Examination Committee at Mosul Technical Institute.
- Chairman of the Exam Question Papers Receipt Committee at Mosul Technical Institute in 2019 and 2020.
- Member and Chairman of several different committees at Mosul Technical Institute.
