Throughout my academic journey, I have explored and delved into various areas within my general and specialized fields, which has helped me develop an advanced understanding of management, strategy, human resources, and business intelligence.
I am proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and statistical programs, which I use for research analysis and academic and administrative decision-making. Additionally, I am keenly interested in the developments of social media and strive to leverage these platforms to disseminate knowledge and enhance engagement with the academic community.

Currently, I am working on my doctoral dissertation titled "Flexible Leadership and Its Impact on Enhancing Strategic Adaptation Through the Mediating Role of Dynamic Capabilities: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Faculty Members at the Northern Technical University." My research aims to explore the relationship between agile leadership and strategic adaptation, focusing on dynamic capabilities as a mediating factor, contributing to the sustainability of academic institutions in dynamic work environments.
