Dr. Yasser Mohammed Ali, born in Mosul, Iraq, in 1985, obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Mosul in 2007, followed by a Master’s degree in Private Law from the same university in 2011, and later earned his Ph.D. in Private Law – Commercial Law specialization in 2021.
Dr. Yasser has been working in the academic field since 2011, teaching in several Iraqi universities. He has taught various subjects within the field of private law, including Commercial Law, Company Law, Investment Law, and Commercial Contracts. He possesses extensive academic experience and has participated in supervising and examining several master’s theses and doctoral dissertations.
Dr. Yasser has published numerous research papers in local and international peer-reviewed journals, focusing on topics related to commercial law and the development of economic legislation. His research interests include Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Commercial Investments, along with an interest in Contract Law and Commercial Arbitration. He is distinguished by a strong academic record that reflects his dedication to advancing legal studies and enriching research in contemporary commercial and economic law.
