Abstract This study was conducted in Al-Dur Surgical Hospital and the laboratories of the Technical Institute in Al-Dur City between 1/11/12021 and until 31/5/2022, 86 samples of venous blood were collected for women who visited Al-Dur Hospital and Outpatient Clinics and were women between the ages of 20-45 years and from various areas of Al-Dur district and its environs. The results of the immunological diagnosis of women with Toxoplasma gondi using the IgM-IgG ELISA test showed that the incidence rate was 36 samples, or 41% of the total, while the presence of antibodies was in the increase in the percentage of antibody IgG 63.8% of the total positive samples and the percentage of antibody IgM 36.2% compared to other samples in which antibodies to the parasite did not show toxoplasmosis gondii. Some immune changes of the IL-10, IgG and IgM antibodies were studied, and the results of the statistical analysis showed a significant increase in the probability level of P<0.05 in the antibodies IgG, IgM IgG 63.8% of the total positive samples and the IgM antigen ratio of 36.2% as well as an increase in the level of IL-10 to 180.97 ± 72.65 serum of patients compared to the healthy group of 18.87 ± 77.44. An increase in the concentration of lipid level in women infected with the parasite compared to the healthy group was also observed, as the results of the statistical analysis showed high significant differences at the probability level of P<0.05 in the rates of CHO cholesterol of 209.32 mg/dl and triglycerides Tri of 149.36mg/dl As for the effect of toxoplasmosis on the level of trace elements, the results of the statistical analysis found a significant difference in the concentration of iron among the affected women, as the iron level decreased to 86.64 UG / DL compared to the healthy group where it reached 102.64 UG/DL.
