SPARK develops education and entrepreneurship so that young and ambitious people are empowered to lead their post-conflict society into prosperity. We build the capacity of local economic and educational institutions so they can empower their own populations. The organization actively mobilizes support from within Dutch society, especially with economic and educational institutions. ‏During the volunteering period, I played the role of interviewer, evaluator, and data verification entry clerk in the selection process handled by SPARK for its Higher Education Scholarship for Syrians program in Turkey. I had a considerable amount of responsibilities and handled them effortlessly. I showed excellent communication skills as well as a great amount of enthusiasm and motivation during my work period
