The structure of oximes was proved by using available physical methods included (Infrared, Ultraviolet spectra and melting points). The aim of this study was to evaluate the ionization constant by conductivity method at different temperatures. The thermodynamic parameters namely (ΔG, ΔH, ΔS) of ionization reaction of these oximes as determined and discussed in details. The antibacterial activity of these oximes was tested against some bacteria. Optimized structure, boundary molecular orbitals (HOMO and LUMO) and global reactivity descriptors were analyzed by DFT calculations

The activity of most Angiotensin Receptor Blockers (ARBs) is associated with the stability of their metabolites via a process termed bio-activation. A process called biotransformation forms these stable metabolites. The reactivity of these metabolite intermediates makes it difficult to observe and describe them directly. This work employed computational chemistry to investigate certain (ARBs) and their metabolites, as well as to forecast the most stable parent drugs. HOMO values show that the Losartan metabolite (Losa.M) product is the lowest energy value for the HOMO values, the thermodynamic energy, and the zero-point energy, in addition to having the lowest value of entropy associated with the rest of the other compounds. Losa. metabolism or biotransformation occurred via the oxidation of methanol moiety at position 5 of imidazole heterocyclic ring which produces the more stable carboxylic acid metabolite Losa M., this chemical reaction does not occur in the case of Olme and Cande. Olme and Cande undergo metabolism in another mechanism which is ester hydrolysis process, this reaction occurs rapidly and completely by GI esterases, the HOMO of these two drugs has low energy, (their HOMOs are not filled), and they are highly susceptible to reduction. and thus, this potential hydrolysis increased the drug metabolism and thus excretion.

Regeneration of Used Oils by Red Mud and DESs (Reline)
Jun 2, 2021

Journal Journal of Physics: Conference Series

DOI doi:10.1088/1742-6596/1879/2/022067

To regeneration of oils which are used in cars engines to lubricate its moving parts, and to get rid of highly contaminants compounds which must be separated to reuse the engine oils. In the column chromatography, the waste oil was treaded as mobile phase( eluent) with petroleum ether (40-60oC), while the red mud (alhuor) is a stationary phase for adsorbed the impurities, The effect of new method of using deepeutectic solvent (DESs Reline) as a kind of ionic liquids to help extract impurities by adsorption (choline chloride and urea). Moreover, some thermal and physicochemical properties 9density, thermal and electrical conductivity, ash percentages, viscosity, specific gravity and pH values were determined). values were determined). Used of TGA for blank oil in order to comparison, differential scanning calorimetric analyses (DSC).

The electrical conductivities of Co(II) complex with aspartic acid (Asp) in different solvents (water, methanol and ethanol) at different temperatures were measured by assisting of lee-Wheaton equation at the best fit values of standard deviled ( ) (s)   for analyzing the data of unsymmetrical electrolytes including, the conductivity parameters, the ionic conductivity M+2, the association constant KA, and the distance parameter R . Thermodynamic information from association and examining the nature of the interaction was obtained.
