Rehan Jabbar Jassim Jassim is an assistant lecturer specializing in microbiology at the Northern Technical University, Medical Technical Institute, Department of Medical Laboratory Technologies.
Professor Rehan has five years of experience, having been employed since 2018. Academically, he earned his Bachelor's degree with honors from Samarra University in 2018 and his Master's degree with distinction from Çankırı Karatekin University in 2022.
His Master's thesis focused on "The Relationship Between Immunological and Biochemical Markers in Type 2 Diabetic Patients with COVID-19." He has supervised 15 postgraduate diplomas, covering diverse research topics in microbiology and laboratory medicine, such as the role of 16SrRNA in bacterial development, various biomarkers, and studies of fungal and bacterial infections.
He also taught numerous academic courses, including medical parasitology, human physiology, histology, hematology, immunology, virology and mycology, and human genetics. He participated in over 20 scientific seminars and workshops focusing on cybersecurity, scientific research methodologies, laboratory diagnostic techniques for COVID-19, molecular biology, and self-marketing.
