Dr. Raafat Asi Hussein, PhD in Production and Operations Management from the University of Mosul, Department of Business Administration, currently working at the Northern Technical University, Administrative Technical College / Mosul, was appointed as the Dean of the College on 01/21/2025. I held many positions, including Head of the Business Administration Technology Department at the Administrative Technical College / Mosul, after that I held the position of Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Technical Institute / Nineveh... I published many research papers, which exceed 25 papers in various specializations within my general and precise specialization... I supervised many master's and doctoral theses at the Administrative Technical College, and I also played a major role in establishing many academic programs in postgraduate studies, including the Higher Diploma Program in the Department of Business Administration Technology and the Higher Diploma Program in Total Quality Management in the same department, in addition to the PhD program in the same department

The current research seeks to activate the role of artificial intelligence and leverage it in a manner that contributes to successful production capacity planning by utilizing the artificial neural networks available in the field under study. This is done with the aim of creating an advanced industrial setting adept at delivering items that satisfy the continually evolving goals and demands of consumers. This is in addition to positioning the organization under study at the forefront of organizations that utilize artificial intelligence in their work tasks, with the aim of achieving successful production capacity planning, from the moment raw materials enter the factory until the final product is delivered to the customer. Based on the above, the researcher distributed (217) questionnaires to identify the most significant obstacles that may prevent the use of artificial neural networks in production capacity planning.

By relying on smart manufacturing systems, organizations seek to reduce the damage and loss in their products to the lowest levels, trying to achieve distinctive levels of quality through which they can outperform their competitors. Therefore, this research attempt came to address two important topics in management thought, namely concurrent engineering and the hybrid manufacturing system, in an attempt by the researcher to analyze the relationships correlation and Impact between the dimensions of concurrent engineering represented by (product design, process design, supply chain design) and the hybrid manufacturing system represented by (continuous improvement, waste management, information systems, deferral point) in order to identify the most important dimensions that can contribute significantly to establishing the hybrid manufacturing system. The research was conducted in (Northern Cement Cooperative / Badoush Cement Expansion Plant) on a sample of department managers, division officials and engineers in the company, numbering (213) individuals. The research relied on a questionnaire form for the purpose of collecting data, and used in the research a set of computerized statistical methods using the ((Spss/Amos) system to process and analyze data. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which were: The company under study is interested in applying concurrent engineering technology, which enhances the improvement of the hybrid manufacturing system, and its need to achieve distinctive levels of flexibility in manufacturing its products, with the aim of increasing its ability to meet customer demands. The research reached a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which is that the company's management must focus its attention on updating and developing machines and equipment with the aim of adapting them to produce the required products and making continuous improvements to them to achieve distinctive levels of flexibility in manufacturing

تلعب القدرات التكنولوجية دورًا رئيسًا في تفعيل عمل المنظمات وجعلها من المنظمات الرائدة والمميزة في مجال عملها عن طريق إتقان تنفيذ العمل بأسلوب علمي ومنهي مدروس، فضاً عن اعتماد الأساليب الحديثة التي يطورها الآخرون في تنفيذ المهام والأعمال بغية تحقيق البراعة التنظيمية، إذ تساهم البراعة التنظيمية وإلى حد كبير في تجاوز اتجاه المعرفة من خال البحث عن الفرص المتاحة أمام المنظمات والعمل على استغلالها بشكل يساهم في تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية والوصول بالمنظمة إلى أفضل المراكز مقارنة بالمنظمات العاملة معها في نفس الميدان. واعتمادًا على ما سبق فقد سعى هذا البحث إلى تناول )دور القدرات التكنولوجية في تعزيز أبعاد البراعة التنظيمية: دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من العاملين في المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة نينوى(، حيث تطلبت منهجية البحث تصميم مخطط افترا ضي يعكس علاقات الارتباط والتأثير بين القدرات التكنولوجية وأبعاد البراعة التنظيمية، فضاً عن تمثيله لمجموعة من الفرضيات الفرعية التي تعكس هذه العلاقات بناءًا على تشخيص متغيرات البحث واختبار علاقات الارتباط والتأثير على وفق ما أف ضى إليه أنموذج البحث وتأشير مجموعة من الاستنتاجات، كان من أبرزها اعتبار القدرات التكنولوجية واحدة من الوسائل المهمة التي يُعتمد عليها في تحقيق البراعة المنظمية من خال منح العاملين الخبرات والمهارات اللازمة، والتي تساعد متخذي القرار على اتخاذ القرارات السليمة وفي الوقت المناسب. في حين أكدت أهم التوصيات على ضرورة إكساب العاملين المعرفة التكنولوجية من خال إشراكهم في دورات التدريبية مكثفة لمنحهم المهارات والخبرات اللازمة لاكتشاف الفرص والعمل على استغلالها.

The current research seeks to provide a theoretical and practical framework on the extent of the possibility of adopting the strategy of industrial clusters in light of the availability of elements of organizational culture. As companies can invest what they possess of the elements of organizational culture in adopting the strategy of industrial clusters by forming joint alliances and in a way that gains them strength to face external threats in a way that achieves them a remarkable competitive advantage. Accordingly, in order to define the role that the elements of organizational culture can contribute to adopting the strategy of industrial clusters in our companies. A hypothetical scheme has been designed from which several hypotheses emerge that reflect the relationships of influence and influence between the elements of organizational culture and the strategy of industrial clusters in the General Company for General Cement Industry/Northern Cement Cooperative/Nineveh. By relying on the results of analyzing the data collected by the questionnaire distributed to (30) managers of the divisions and divisions of the company in question, the research reached a set of conclusions that emphasized the role of organizational culture elements in the possibility of adopting the strategy of industrial clusters in the light of correlations and influence. And the presence of variation in the contribution of each element of the organizational culture to the possibility of adopting the strategy of industrial clusters. As well as providing some proposals that emphasized the need to create requirements and constituents for the adoption of the strategy of industrial clusters, including possession of elements of organizational culture, attention to them and their application in a way that ensures the adoption of the strategy of industrial clusters in an effective and efficient manner.

This paper aimed to determine the role of the requirement of graceful manufacturing in achieving marketing Pioneer ( survey of sample of workers in the Alhukamaa company for medical industry / Nineveh ) . The subject has great importance because of its essential effects on the surveyed companies besides , there are limited studies deals with the correlation and impact between the requirement of manufacturing slim and marketing Pioneer, particularly in the Iraqi environment, this push the researchers to study this subject because of its importance to the Iraqi industry . The correlations test explain moral relationship between the models variables. The study concluded a set of conclusions and recommendations , the most important among them are: - It became clear that there is a correlation between the application of slim manufacturing and the possibility of achieving marketing Pioneer. - The use of Kanban cards and Intake system , application of maintenance productivity overall, total quality management,….. had great impact in strengthening this relationship. - The surveyed organization (industries) management must be aware and realizes the importance of graceful industrialization. - Under the condition of shift towards a global economy and the rapid development of technology, more attention must be paid to this new technology because of its effects in several important sides and directly affecting the constantly organizations and their growth and survival and gives a pioneer in marketing competitive environment.
