About Me
Dr. Omar Ibrahim Alsaif He received his B.Sc. in electrical engineering from University of Mosul, Iraq, in 1992. The M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electronics and microelectronic engineering from Mosul University, in 2005 and 2018 respectively. He is currently assistance profesor in the Technical Engineering college for computer and AI / Northern Technical University in Mosul/ Iraq. His research interests include microelectronic, solid-state systems, renewable energy and nanotechnology devices. He can be contacted at email: Omar.alsaif@ntu.edu.iq.
The Academic staff activities as:
• Delivering lectures, seminars and tutorials using modern teaching & learning pedagogies;
• Following student-centered teaching and learning, ensuring student engagement and motivation .
• Assessing students' coursework.
• Setting and marking examinations.
• Undertaking personal research projects and actively contributing to the institution’s research profile
• Undertaking continuous professional development (CPD) and participating in staff training activities;
• Undertaking administrative tasks related to the department, such as student admissions, induction programmers, invigilation, mark entry, maintain student attendance records and involvement in committees and boards;
