Study of the physical properties of solid materials

including nanomaterials and composites. Crystal structure analysis using XRD techniques

and surface properties using AFM and SEM. Numerical modeling of the optical and electrical properties of thin materials using techniques such as SCAPS-1D. Design and simulation of solar cells (silicon

perovskite

etc.) and analysis of their efficiency. Study the effect of preparation methods and thermal treatment (such as sintering and annealing) on mechanical and electrical properties. Interest in optical and gas sensing techniques for sensitive materials

and methods for improving their response.
