One major clinical problem for people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) is overloading water. This study has investigated the relationship between renal outcomes and overload water status. There were ninety CKD patients in this study, males and females. Tanita BC-601 and the Gambro AK 98 dialysis machine were used in the study. Among the many factors was their weight. The surplus water volume is calculated using the TBW Difference (Liters) ratio. The regression statistics for this equation in male dialysis patients are as follows: R Square = 0.9700, Standard Error = 0.1413, and Multiple R = 0.9849. The following are the female equation's regression statistics: R Square = 0.9676, Standard Error = 0.1949, and Multiple R = 0.9837.The study shows that hemodialysis patients' fluid management varies depending on their gender. It also finds a strong correlation between fluid removal and changes in body water, which suggests that customized treatment plans can enhance treatment effectiveness.

Modern dentistry has greatly benefited from the major advancements in diagnostic accuracy and treatment planning brought about by key technology like intraoral scanners and Cone-Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT). In order to improve the CBCT dental-maxillofacial images, several image processing approaches have been suggested. This study means to explore different picture handling methods to work on the nature of CBCT pictures. Twofold covering and Gaussian obscuring are utilized to increment picture lucidity and relic end. Measurements for assessing quality incorporate commotion levels, entropy, mean squared blunder (MSE), and top sign to-clamor proportion (PSNR). As indicated by the discoveries, the subsequent picture has the most noteworthy PSNR of 42.16 dB, the least MSE of 1.6 dB, and the greatest entropy of 6.8 dB. Moderate levels of commotion and intricacy were found in the third photo. These discoveries show that the proposed picture handling techniques effectively improve the nature of the CBCT pictures, and they can be applied in clinical settings such 3D dental models. This work opens another heading in the utilization of estimation hypothesis to down to earth biomedical imaging issues and sets the way for future examination into the improvement of picture handling methods for clinical imaging.

Falling among the elderly can be considered one of the most prevalent occurrences that can result in significant injuries such as fractures and head injuries. The risk of falls can be increased when the elderly live alone. Falling without assistance and quick medical intervention would decrease the elderly’s chances of survival. Therefore, fall detection systems, as well as monitoring with alert applications, have been recommended to address this issue. This paper has been commissioned to provide an overview of contemporary uses and advances of fall detection systems with vital sign monitoring for elderly individuals. It emphasizes numerous specifications for the operation and evolution of a smart healthcare system for the elderly, both for monitoring and emergency purposes. A review and comparison of the most recent state-of-the-art research conducted over nine years (2013–2021) has been conducted in terms of Internet of Things (IoT) and hardware platforms, utilized sensors, measured parameters, design, and applications. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of designing and implementing a fall detection and remote vital signs monitoring system based on the available IoT platforms and microcontrollers. It also demonstrates that vital signs can be monitored not only during the fall as it is being detected but also at any time when requested by a caregiver.
