This research deals with the most prominent national and patriotic positions of the Free People Party in Iraq since its founding on April 2, 1946, until the freezing of the party's activity on December 3, 1948, when Iraq witnessed many events at the internal and external levels. The research focused on the party's national positions on the Kurdish issue, the Iraqi ministries that were formed during the party's activity, in addition to its stance on the Portsmouth Treaty in 1948, the January leap in 1948, and the treaties concluded during the party's activity. تتناول هذه الدراسة اهمية مؤسسة األوقاف ودورها في التنمية من خالل المحافظة على اإلرث الحضاري للبالد بعد االحداث التي عصفت بالع ارق ، االمر الذي دفع الباحث الى التطرق لهذا الموضوع من خالل االطالع على وثائق االرشيف العثماني وبالتحديد في ظل النظام االداري العثماني للعراق والخدمات الوقفية التي تتناول الجانب الحضاري المهم من تاريخ الع ارق الحديث والمعاصر مبينا أوجه المجتمع وطبيعة التوجهات الدينية والروحية واالجتماعية واالقتصادية التي كان تقوم بها مؤسسة الوقف، وتم اختيار مدينة الموصل لتسليط الضوء على دور مؤسسة االوقاف فيها خالل القرن السادس عشر و السابع عشر الميالدي التي تكاد تكون الد ارسات والبحوث العلمية في تلك الحقبة التاريخية قليلة او شبه معدومة ، حيث تم التركيز في هذه الد ارسة على سياسة النظام االداري العثماني القائم على اسس دينية من خالل االهتمام بم ارقد األئمة ومزارات ومقامات أئمة اهل البيت  وخاصة في مدينة الموصل التي انضوت قبل غيرها تحت نظام االداري للدولة العثمانية ، حيث تم تحديد عشرة أوقاف موزعة بين ضريح ومقام موجودة في مدينة الموصل ونواحيها ألهل البيت واحفادهم ، حيث تم تحديد

Kirkuk Liva; It became one of the important centers in the Ottoman Empire. The foundations established in Kirkuk have undertaken important functions in the religious and social areas for the development of the city. In this study, XVI. According to the records of the foundations and archive books established in Kirkuk between the centuries, incomes such as many villages, hamlets, congregations, vineyards and grounds were allocated to the "Harameyn-i Şerifeyn foundation". and was spent on the poor. Along with the names of the zawiyas in Kirkuk, their sources of income, the names of the personnel working there and their daily wages were examined. In the Tahrir Registers found, foundations were established for imams' tombs and some imams' tombs, which are places of pilgrimage.

This paper deals with Al- Waqf services in the Ottoman state since its establishment till 1650 (AD) .This era witnessed the flourishment of Al- Waqf activity in the Ottoman state in what concerns the diversity of those services regarns building of mosques , bridges , castles , houses worshipping , and windows and orphans , house and other establishments of general services .The paper as well focuses on Sultanic Al- Haream waqf that constituted a large size in the ottoman waqf area , espeaially in the Arabic region .
