researchers used the descriptive approach to suit it and the research nature. The research sample consisted of workers in youth and sports forums in Nineveh Governorate. The research sample included (50) randomly selected employees from the research community, representing (57%) of the research community. The research tool included two measures (psychological stability) prepared by (Tubail and two others, 2008). مثلت مشكلة البحث في عدم وجود مقياس نفسي رياضي للحديث الذاتي و الذي نستطيع من خلاله معرفة و قياس درجة الحديث الذاتي لدى اللاعبين المتقدمين في أندية مركز مدينة الموصل. هدف البحث إلى-بناء مقياس الحديث الذاتي للاعبي أندية مركز مدينة الموصل المتقدمين. -التعرف على درجة الحديث الذاتي و مجالاته لدى لاعبي أندية مركز مدينة الموصل المتقدمين. -التعرف على الفروق في درجة الحديث الذاتي بين لاعبو الألعاب الفردية و الجماعية في أندية مركز مدينة الموصل المتقدمين. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي و الارتباطي لملائمته طبيعة البحث، و تكون مجتمع البحث من اللاعبين المتقدمين في أندية مركز مدينة الموصل و الذين تم اختيارهم بصورة عمدية تحقيقا لأهداف البحث، و البالغ عددهم (432) لاعبا موزعين على (10) أندية رياضية و اشتملت عينة البناء لمقياس الحديث الذاتي على (285) لاعبا تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع البحث الكلي و يمثلون ما نسبته (73%) من مجتمع البحث، أما عينة التطبيق فتكونت من (117) لاعبا من مجتمع البحث أي ما نسبته (28%) من مجتمع البحث الكلي ليمثلوا عينة التطبيق لغرض تطبيق مقياس الحديث الذاتي الذي قام ببنائه الباحثان، و قد استخدم مقياس الحديث الذاتي الذي أعده الباحثان كأداة لجمع البيانات.

The aim of the current research is to try to uncover the effect of positive and negative psychological skill for self-talk among the advanced club players of Mosul city center, and the researchers seek that the results of this study be of help to the players and those in charge of the training process in order to develop positive psychological skills for self-talk, as well as to reveal the relationship between Self-talk and mathematical concerns of athletes. The researchers used the descriptive method in the survey method, due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research sample included the advanced players in the Mosul city center clubs who were deliberately selected in order to achieve the objectives of the research. Their number reached (130) players distributed among the sports clubs, and they represent 30% of the research community
