About Me

Dr. Hassan Mahmoud Hassan Yassin Al-Douri is an Iraqi academic and university lecturer specializing in animal production and molecular genetics. He was born in Baghdad in 1971 and currently works as a lecturer at Al-Dour Technical Institute, Northern Technical University.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Animal Production) from the University of Baghdad, then a Master of Science in Genetics from Tikrit University, and completed his PhD in Genetic Genetics from the University of Baghdad in 2016. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Translation from the College of Arts, Al-Mustansiriya University.
Dr. Al-Douri has extensive academic and research experience in animal genetics and improving productive traits in livestock, particularly small ruminants. He has published several scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals focusing on genetic analysis and meat quality traits in goats.
He held several scientific and administrative positions in research institutions, including laboratory supervisor, research laboratory supervisor, and division head at the Ministry of Science and Technology. He also served as head of the prosthetics department at the Al-Dour Technical Institute. He participated in numerous scientific conferences and specialized courses, and received several letters of thanks and appreciation in recognition of his scientific and academic efforts.
He has experience in teaching, scientific research, and laboratory work in biotechnology and genetics, and contributes to the development of scientific research.
