Hakeem Abdulgabar Thamer is a lawyer, legal expert, and consultant with a specialized academic and professional background in private law.

He furthered his specialization by obtaining a Master of Laws degree in Private Law from the same college in 2022. Professionally, Mr. Hakeem has been practicing law since 2020. He is a former member of the Iraqi Bar Association.
