Dr. Fadhil Mukhlif

Dr. Fadhil Mukhlif is a lecturer in the Computer Engineering Techniques Department at the Technical Engineering College, Northern Technical University, Kirkuk, Iraq. He is the Founder and Head of the Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Research Group (CAIRG) at the same affiliation. He earned his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tikrit, Iraq, in 2010, followed by an M.Eng. in Telecommunication Systems from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Malaysia, in 2013. In 2020, he completed his Ph.D. in Computer Networks & Wireless at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia. From July 2021 to September 2024, he served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Information Assurance and Security Research Group (IASRG) at the Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia. His research interests encompass Cybersecurity, AI applications in cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Machine and Deep Learning, Game Theory, Networking, UAVs, IoT, WSN, and Cloud Networks.
