Assistant Professor Dr. Fidan Fikrat Ahmed is a faculty member at the Department of Medical Laboratory and Kidney Dialysis, Health and Medical Technical College – Kirkuk, Northern Technical University, Iraq. She is a certified trainer in modern teaching methods and curriculum development for blended learning, accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
