Foreign direct investment is an important tool in advancing economic development in any country, as it has an important role in supporting the growth of the economies of developing countries, and for the sake of achieving state jobs and projects with high efficiency. To achieve economic and social benefits that are reflected in the largest number of beneficiaries, in a way that leads to better allocation of resources, provision of job opportunities, encouragement of trade and domestic and foreign investments, and increased productivity, and then achieving economic growth, and the research problem is summarized by the research problem. Countries of the world have to rely on it to provide projects and services and achieve progress with commercial liberalization, but the ability of many developing countries is still very limited to take advantage of the advantages of the bot system, and the research aims to show the importance of the partnership between the public and private sector in light of trade liberalization and through the bot system And the most important advantages and disadvantages resulting from the application of this system, and the importance of such projects for countries that suffer from distress In the resource.
