Asst. Prof. Dr. Ibtisam Abbas Mujtab, a lecturer at the College of Health and Medical Technology, Department of Occupational Safety Technologies and Occupational Medicine, obtained her PhD from Bangor University in Britain in 2014 and her Master's degree from the University of Mosul in 2000. She held the position of Head of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Unit from its establishment until 2025. She worked as a representative of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate in educational supervision for many years. She taught in the following departments: Department of Pathological Analysis in 2002 until the establishment of the Health and Medical Technology College, in which she studied in the following departments: Department of Medical Laboratories, Department of Industrial College Technologies, Department of Occupational Safety Technologies and Occupational Medicine, and Department of Therapeutic Nutrition.
