*Dr. Aliaa Ibrahim Hussien* is a Lecturer specializing in *Business Administration*, possessing a profound academic and teaching background of over five years within the technical education environment. Dr. Aliaa is currently based at the Northern Technical University, Al-Dour Technical Institute, serving in this capacity since 2018.

Dr. Aliaa is highly qualified, having recently achieved the highest academic degree, completing her *Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Tikrit in 2023*. This achievement significantly bolsters her prior qualifications, which include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same university in 2015.

The current study aims at examining the contribution of strategic clarity in improving organizational prestige among a sample of employees at the Technical Institute / Al-Dour. To achieve the objectives and test its hypotheses, the researchers developed a conceptual research framework illustrating the logical relationships among the research variables and their dimensions. A descriptive-analytical method was employed to analyze the data and address the research problem. A questionnaire was employed as the primary tool for obtaining field data. The Technical Institute / Al-Dour was selected as the research field, with a sample of 150 employees, of which 120 valid questionnaires were suitable for statistical analysis. The study reached several findings that supported its hypotheses, the most significant of which was the presence of a statistically significant relationship among the dimensions of strategic clarity and the enhancement of organizational prestige at the institute. This relationship was strong and positive, including at the sub-dimension level.

The current study was conceived with aim of establishing the role that knowledge sharing in achieving job proficiency among a sample of Salah Al-Din Educational Directorate staff. To achieve the objectives and test the study hypotheses, a conceptual framework was developed for the purpose of ascertaining the logical relationships between the variables under scrutiny and their dimensions. We utilized the descriptive analytical method to analyze the data related to the research problem and to reach conclusions. For data collection, we designed questionnaire as a key tool for this type of tasks. The Salah Al-Din Educational Directorate was selected as a research field, along with a sample of 130 employees. Of these, 110 were deemed valid and thus were retrieved for statistical analysis. Results emerging from the study yielded several outcomes that are in line with its hypotheses. The main finding involved job efficiency which was found to be positively and significantly influenced by the various aspects of the main variable (i.e. knowledge-sharing) in the organization. This relationship has been found to be strong across sub-dimensions as well. The researchers came up with a number of recommendations.

The research aims to identify the role of strategic awareness in addressing the marketing chaos of a sample of managers in Iraqi telecommunications companies, and the research problem centered on determining the intellectual and philosophical premises for this perspective at the level of Iraqi telecommunications companies. And for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the research and its assumptions. A hypothetical scheme was developed through which the nature of the logical relationships between the variables of the research and its dimensions was determined, and the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach in order to reach the results, and the questionnaire was as a major tool in collecting data and information related to the field side of the research. Where the Iraqi telecommunications companies (Asiacell, Zain Iraq, Korek) were selected as a field of research through a sample of (180) managers and the forms valid for statistical analysis were (120) forms. The research came out with a number of results that came identical to its hypotheses, the most important of which were: The existence of a moral link between the dimensions of strategic awareness and addressing marketing chaos in the companies surveyed. Which is a strong positive correlation and at the level of sub-dimensions and was the highest correlation between (administrative awareness and addressing marketing chaos). And these results are explained that whenever the dimensions of strategic awareness are available in corporate management in terms of perception of thought and knowledge flow and sharing it with employees to increase knowledge comprehensively and take into account communication and interaction with them Whenever it leads to strengthening the marketing chaos of Iraqi telecommunications companies.

The research aims to identify the role of strategic physiognomy in addressing the marketing chaos of a sample of managers in Iraqi communication companies, and the research problem centered on defining the intellectual and philosophical starting points for this perspective at the level of Iraqi communication companies. The two researchers used the analytical descriptive approach to reach the results. The questionnaire form was a significant tool in collecting data and information related to the field aspect of the research, where the Iraqi communication companies (Asia Cell, Zain Iraq, Korek) were chosen as a field for research through a sample of (120) managers. The research came out with several results that were consistent with its hypotheses, the most important of which were: the existence of a significant correlation between the dimensions of strategic physiognomy and the treatment of marketing chaos in the companies surveyed.

The research focuses on testing the impact of reverse logistics reversals in enhancing business sustainability,the reverse logistics approach is a modern approach for organizations to meet the requirements of customers to eliminate the aging of commodities by adopting modern methods and systems that promote and sustain the business, Increased environmental awareness and orientation towards green organizations as well as the economic savings provided by the reverse logistics of the organizations that adopt this concept. The importance of the research stems from the fact that it deals with the modern trend of industrial organizations that focuses on preserving the natural environment and human health. Which has become the ethics of contemporary organizations, and the research sample consisted of (70) of the individuals interviewed with expertise and know-how in their field. The hypothesis of the research was tested using the analysis of impact and variance using regression analysis. The research concluded with a number of conclusions, Reflected in reverse logistics returns. Based on the findings of the researcher, a set of recommendations were presented in line with these conclusions for the development of Iraqi companies. The most important of these recommendations should be that the company is given sufficient and equal attention to reverse logistics returns in order to achieve its objectives of increasing the market share.
