Abstract Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the dimensions of strategic intent (SI; see Appendix 1) according to the Hamel and Prahalad model as a building for the future, relying on today’s knowledge-based and proactive strategic directions of management as long-term and deep-perspective creative directions, objective vision and rational analysis, integrative in work, survival structure and comprehensiveness in perception. Design/methodology/approach The quantitative approach was used based on research, detection and proof, as data were collected from leaders amounting to 70 respondents and analyzed in the SPSS program and ant colony optimization (see Appendix 1) algorithm and interpretation of the results. Findings It was found that the SI dimensions are poorly available due to problems related to foresight, capabilities and the strategic structure that represents the head of strategic objectives. Practical implications The empirical evaluation view of the study is valuable for leaders to draw a future strategy of advantage for organizations in developing countries to enrich their core capabilities by activating the SI dimensions. Originality/value It stems from a vital issue related to strategic dimensions aimed at a better future for strategic executive work, especially after the crisis that led to a significant decline in the level of performance of organizations.

Abstract Purpose: the research aims to identify the strategic directions of management today as long-term and deep-perspective creative directions, objective vision and rational analysis, integrative in work, survival structure, and comprehensive in perception. In an effort to influence organizational activities and build positive behaviors intended to achieve the entrepreneurial performance of their organizations to become (creative, Able to skip risks, more proactive) Able to resolve tensions. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research problem is launched through a set of research implications, the most important of which is (Do the strategic directions in the research organization lead to activating the Entrepreneurial performance?). In light of that, one of the important organizations in Kirkuk Governorate was chosen as a field for research represented in (Kirkuk Cement Factory). Especially as it has gone through multiple crises and operates in a highly competitive environment that needs to build a strategic direction based on scientific foundations, and an intentional sample was selected from all administrative levels, numbering (52) respondents from the disciplines (director, assistant manager, department head, senior engineer, observer). As it is based on building and formulating strategic directions and able to provide us with realistic information, relying on the questionnaire as a main tool for data and information collection, and the researchers obtained (48) questionnaires (2) that are not valid for analysis and with a response rate of (88.5%), which is statistically acceptable. Results: The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is (there is a significant correlation and effect between the dimensions of the strategic direction combined in the elements of entrepreneurial performance, which prove to be realistic dimensions of content, integrative analysis based on scientific perceptions.( Practical implications: The empirical evaluation view of research is valuable for all administrative levels to draw future strategic directions of advantage for organizations, especially in developing countries, to enrich their entrepreneurial capabilities.

Abstract Universities are markets of knowledge; they are social organizations that are influenced by society and, in turn, influence it, as they are products of society and tools for creating scientific, technical, professional, and political leadership, responsible for driving change and progress. Thus, they open their doors to everyone, allowing them to find knowledge, culture, and scientific solutions to problems within their halls. One way to open these doors is through establishing knowledge partnerships, which enhances their performance quality first, strengthens their relationships with other parties second, and activates the marketing of their knowledge to beneficiaries in particular and society in general, as it is one of their most valuable assets third. Hence, the problem of the study emerges, represented by a number of theoretical and practical questions. The study aims to answer these questions by clarifying the intellectual implications, as it is considered one of the important topics in the Iraqi environment. Therefore, correlation and influence relationships were tested using statistical programs (SPSS) and (Amos). The study was conducted on a purposive sample of (administrative leaders and senior academic ranks), which was set at (262) individuals, using a checklist as the primary tool for collecting data and information from the study sample. Abstract The research aims to determine the importance of absorbing knowledge as a dynamic ability and creative strategic directions with far-reaching ideas, deep perspective, rational analysis, and comprehensiveness in the perception of seeking to achieve excellence by providing everything that is new and innovative to build strategic reliability that reflects an identity and an organizational image with visions The future of small “squishy” organizations under highly changing conditions. According to research implications, the most significant of which are (Do organizations realize the importance of “Absorptive Capacity of Knowledge” and “Strategic Reliability”?), the issue arises from the work of “small organizations” in a dynamic environment with weak control indicators. Some “small organizations” were chosen in Kirkuk Governorate and a sample was determined using the equation (Krejcie and Morgan in Educ Psychol Meas 30:607–610, 1970) data were gathered from a community of (750) employees using a questionnaire as the primary data collection technique, with analysis using “SPSS” and “GWO” to find the path that would need the least amount of time, money, and effort. Following a discussion of the findings, the most significant conclusions were drawn (it was discovered that “absorptive capacity of knowledge” has an effect that reflects the organizational identity of organizations as a dynamic force that distinguishes them in a highly competitive environment), and proposals were made, the most important of which was (the need to work on determining the value of the required knowledge, assimilation, and application, which makes it more capable of achieving its goals to build high strategic reliability). The empirical evaluation view of research is significant and priceless for all organizations because it enables them to determine future strategic directions based on knowledge of “the hidden advantage” which is particularly important for developing nations, this knowledge allows the organizations to strengthen their capabilities and create a unique organizational identity. It stems from an important and vital topic related to strategic-knowledge dimensions aimed at a better future for business organizations, especially after crises and external variables that weakened their position on the one hand and working to motivate the researched organizations to reconsider the process of polarization of human resources as the basis for obtaining the most important resource “knowledge” and ways to apply it to achieve superiority and precedence and build high reliability among the beneficiaries and the markets in which the researched organizations operate on the other hand.

Abstract The research aims to know open innovation as a new cognitive approach to deal with the knowledge economy relying on knowledge as its most important asset, and a basic source for building the strategic reputation (identity and image of the organization), by achieving integration of ideas and keeping pace with progress and development to provide the best innovative services that are unprecedented, and to achieve the goal. Abstract Abstract The study aims to provide an integrated framework for the six thinking hats and strategic ambidexterity, which is one of the most important topics for business organizations to achieve the best in their performance, and to work on measuring the basic dimensions available to the organization. Therefore, Kirkuk Cement Factory was chosen as one of the important organizations in Iraq and which has a major role to raise the level of national industry, from here the problem of the study started, which was formulated with a set of questions aimed at identifying the most appropriate methods of exploiting the six hats to reach strategic ambidexterity. And determine the relationship and impact between the study variables, and to achieve this hypotheses were formulated, and an intentional sample consisting of a group of working individuals was selected, as their number reached (46) individuals, and the questionnaire form was used as a main tool to obtain basic information from the field side, and among the most important conclusions that the study found it is the great interest shown by the management of the organization concerned with the study in the dimensions of the six thinking hats and the dimensions of strategic ambidexterity to achieve a better competitive position.

The study sought to activate the learning dimensions of the organization to become a (learning organization) capable of managing its strategic crises, so learning is the way that preserves its potential and strengthens its capabilities to be more rapid in reaction to successive changes and crises, so if organizations want to be effective in an environment dominated by uncertainty It has to rely on its ability to learn, and the availability of its dimensions will provide it with the ability to manage its strategic crises. Hence, the research problem started through a set of research implications that were: - Is there a correlation relationship between the learning organization and strategic crisis management.? - Is there an effect of the learning organization in strategic crisis management? - Is there a contribution to the dimensions of the learning organization in strategic crisis management.? The research assumed the existence of these dimensions in the researched organizations and how these dimensions affect the organization’s strategic crisis management, in order to achieve a flexible response to the turbulent changes of the crisis, and to achieve these objectives, a set of field-tested hypotheses were formulated by adopting the opinions of the members of the research sample, in order to accurately test the hypotheses and ensure their validity. Relying on a number of statistical methods appropriate for these relationships. The research reached a set of Conclusions which confirmed its hypotheses to show the existence of a positive moral correlation as well as the existence of a moral impact of the learning organization in strategic crisis management. The educational dimensions of the organization as an explanatory variable have been identified 68% of the change in strategic crisis management as a responding variable. The objective of this study is to identify the role of knowledge-makers in enhancing indicators of strategic success through strategic flexibility, and based on a quantitative and descriptive approach to complete the requirements of its philosophy. The study's problem was: Does knowledge makers play a role in promoting indicators of strategic success through strategic flexibility? The structure of the study is based on a set of hypotheses that assume that there are linkages and influence between the knowledge makers and the strategic flexibility and the promotion of indicators of strategic success. Asiacell Communications Company was chosen as a society for the application of the study and its administrative leaders represented by the director, the assistant managers, the heads of departments, Departments, and sales managers. The study sample consisted of (46) respondents. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection and was analyzed by SPSS (Ver-19). The study reached a number of conclusions:1.Knowledge makers have an important and fundamental role to play in promoting strategic success indicators through strategic flexibility.2.The level of availability of the variable knowledge makers and the variable strategic flexibility and variable indicators of strategic success in the serveyed organization is good, and this level needs to increase more than it is in the organization because of the fierce competition to which, and the nature of the changing environment in which it operates, and the need for development Innovation and new knowledge.3.There is a relationship of correlation and significant positive impact between the knowledge makers and strategic flexibility and strengthen the indicators of strategic success in the serveyed organization.4.There is a difference in the impact of strategic flexibility dimensions, as skill flexibility has greater impact on the flexibility of activities in knowledge makers to enhance the indicators of strategic success in the organization being investigated.In light of the findings of the study, the most important proposals were as follows : 1.The need to maintain a variable level of knowledge makers, strategic flexibility variable and variable indicators of strategic success by the serveyed organization ,and work more on raising the level of these variables to a higher level than it is so as to be able to cope with the rapid change in the environment in which it operates and to confront environmental uncertainties Which objects to the achievement of their strategies, plans and objectives and the intensity of competition.2.The Organization shall carry out its operational and strategic functions in the light of the interrelationship and impact relations between the knowledge makers, the strategic flexibility and the indicators of strategic success, in a manner that ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the Organization.3.Adopting the flexibility of skills in carrying out its tasks and actions rather than relying on the flexibility of activities because they have greater influence than the flexibility of activities in the knowledge-makers to promote indicators of strategic success.

Abstract The study sought to identify the role of quality culture in building an educated organization. Quality culture in dimensions (support for innovation, support of the beneficiary, support of sense of belonging) was an independent variable, while the dimensions of the organization were defined as (learning, organization environment, Applied the technology) as a dependent variable, and relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in completing their requirements. The problem of the study focused on the main question: Does quality culture play a role in building the educated organization? The structure of the study is based on two main hypotheses that assume that there is a correlation between quality culture and the organization of the learning organization. The University of Kirkuk and Tikrit were chosen as a society for the application of the study and the administrative leaders working in it represented by (Deans, Deans' Assistants and Heads of Departments) As a main tool for data collection, the Lycert tripartite scale was used to determine the answer to its paragraphs and was analyzed by the Spss Ver-15 program. The study reached a number of conclusions: There is a significant correlation between the quality culture and the organization of the learning organization. This indicates that the quality culture contributes effectively and efficiently to the building of the educated organization, the transformation of organizations into modern educational organizations of the new business mechanisms. The organizations in question need a higher level of quality culture variables, and the level of the variables of the educated organization that it possesses to enable it to achieve quality and disseminate its culture as a working method, and to achieve the mechanisms of building an educated organization and to implement the strategies of transformation to the most efficient and effective. In light of the conclusions of the study, the following main proposals are proposed: The organizations investigated should adopt a culture of quality as a working method in which all decisions are taken, and all methods of learning are based on it, especially in the transformation of organizations into learning organizations. The need for the organizations sought to raise the level of availability of the variables of quality culture, and the level of the variables of the organization in which it is educated to a higher level than it is so much so that it can achieve quality and disseminate its culture as a working method and achieve the mechanisms of building the learning organization and to take advantage of the vital role of these variables in the survival Organizations and their continued development, excellence, and promotion of their success.

الملخص تهدف الدراسة الى تقديم اطار متكامل عن القدرات الجوهرية والتميز التنظيمي التي تعد من اكثر الموضوعات اهمية لمنظمات الاعمال لتحقيق الافضل في ادائها، والعمل على قياس الابعاد الاساسية المتوافرة لدى تلك المنظمات وخاصة مجتمع الدراسة حتى تتضح اهميتها لتصبح لديها القدرة على استغلالها لتحقيق التميز في ادائها على المستوى الكلي ، لذلك تم اختيار معمل اسمنت كركوك كونه من المنظمات المهمة في العراق وبسبب الظروف التي يمر بها البلد التي كان لها التأثير المباشر على عمله كان لا بد من تقديم مثل هذه الدراسة لمعالجة النقاط السلبية، والتي يكون لها الدور الكبير لرفع مستوى الصناعة الوطنية، من هنا انطلقت مشكلة الدراسة والتي صيغت بمجموعة من الأسئلة كان الهدف منها التعرف على ما متوافر من قدرات جوهرية في المنظمة المبحوثة وما هي الطرائق الأنسب لاستغلالها للوصول الى التميز، وتحديد العلاقة والأثر بين متغيرات الدراسة ، ولتحقيق ذلك تم صياغة خمس فرضيات، وأجريت الدراسة في معمل اسمنت كركوك الذي يمثل المجتمع، في حين تم اختيار عينة عمدية تتألف من مجموعة من افراد عاملين حيث بلغ عددهم (46) ، وتمثلت في التخصصات المختلفة (ملاحظ، مدير، م. مدير، رئيس قسم، مهندس اقدم) لكونهم يمثلون العينة الاهم على معرفة عمل المنظمة، وتم الاعتماد على استمارة استبانه كأداة رئيسة للحصول على المعلومات الأساسية من الجانب الميداني، التي تم تحليلها عبر الوسائل الإحصائية المعتمدة عن طريق برمجة (SPSS)، اما الاطار النظري فقد تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من المراجع العربية والاجنبية المختلفة، ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلت لها الدراسة هي الاهتمام الكبير الذي تبديه إدارة المنظمة المعنية بالدراسة بأبعاد القدرات الجوهرية وأبعاد التميز التنظيمي لتحقيق موقع تنافسي افضل، وبذلك عمل الباحثين على تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات التي ستكون مناسبة لزيادة فاعلية المنظمة المبحوثة سعيا لتحقيق الأفضل كان أهمها أن تقوم إدارة المنظمة المبحوثة بالتركيز على القدرات الجوهرية بكل ابعادها , وأعتماد البرامج الخاصة والحديثة لتطويرها, بين العاملين والكوادر الادارية .

Practical implications The empirical evaluation view of the study is valuable for leaders to draw a future strategy of advantage for organizations in developing countries to enrich their core capabilities by activating the SI dimensions. Originality/value It stems from a vital issue related to strategic dimensions aimed at a better future for strategic executive work, especially after the crisis that led to a significant decline in the level of performance of organizations.
