Ahmed Kamal Ibrahim was born in Kirkuk, Iraq. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Control Engineering from the Northern Technical University in 2011. In 2015, he earned his Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, specializing in Control Engineering, from Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Turkey.

His professional career began with a focus on traditional control systems and industrial control systems. he has worked for several years in various manufacturing companies, where he held roles as a Technical Manager and Head of the Electrical Department.

In 2023, he was appointed to the Northern Technical University, where he joined the Technical Engineering College Kirkuk, specifically in the Department of Electronics and Control Techniques Engineering. Later, he transitioned to the Department of Medical Instrumentation Techniques Engineering within the same college.
