Dr. Rafie Talib Ahmed is an academic specialized in strategic management and a faculty member in the Department of Financial and Banking Technologies at Al-Hawija Technical College. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Tikrit in Iraq in 2018, followed by a Master's degree in Business Administration from Ajloun University in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in 2020. He continued his academic journey by earning a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Sfax in Tunisia in 2023. Dr. Rafie has made significant scientific contributions through several research papers published in both local and international journals. He is distinguished by his academic and research expertise in the fields of management and strategic planning.
