Mr. Mustafa Ali Dawood Saloum Al-Mahdawi holds the academic title of Assistant Lecturer at the Al-Dour Technical Institute, which is affiliated with the Northern Technical University in Iraq. In addition to his teaching duties, he also heads the Anti-Corruption Unit at the institute.

Mr. Mustafa earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Tikrit University in Iraq in the academic year 2014–2015, and later pursued his postgraduate studies, obtaining a Master’s degree in Law from the same university in 2022.

He has 2 years of teaching experience in undergraduate studies and has participated in several scientific conferences and seminars, reflecting his commitment to staying updated with academic and research developments in his field.
