سعى البحث إلى إظهار دور تقانة 6R بأبعادها الستة وهي (التقليل، إعادة الاستخدام، إعادة التدوير، إعادة التصنيع، الاسترداد، إعادة التصميم) كمدخل لدعم الاستهلاك المستدام في الشركة العامة للصناعات الانشائية في بغداد عن طريق بحث المشكلة الرئيسة التي مفادها (كيف يمكن لتقانة 6R أن يكون داعماً للاستهلاك المستدام؟)، لغرض انشاء بيئة تصنيع لها القدرة على إنتاج منتجات تكون أقل هدراً للموارد وأقل ضرراً بالبيئة ومحافظة على مواردها للأجيال المستقبلية، إذ اعتمد البحث من حيث الاستخدام على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بغية تحليل نتائجه، كما وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة بوصفها الأداة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات لإكمال الجانب العملي فيها، إذ وزعت على عينة من العاملين في الشركة العامة للصناعات الانشائية في بغداد بلغ الصالح منها للتحليل الاحصائي (87) استمارة، وتم بعدها تحليل تلك البيانات واختبار فرضيات البحث باستعمال الأدوات الإحصائية البرمجية الجاهزة والملائمة للدراسة منها (SPSS V26)، ومن خلال نتائج البحث تبين وجود توجه لدى إدارة المنظمة المبحوثة نحو تحقيق أهداف بيئية تعد جزءً مهماً من تحديات تحقيق مزايا تنافسية للمنظمات، فضلاً عن تقديم مجموعة مقترحات منها ضرورة التخلص من المنتجات التي تسبب حالات تلوث وضرر بالبيئة عن طريق تحقيق التوازن بين الأنشطة للمنظمة المبحوثة والبيئة المحيطة بها

Dynamic cellular manufacturing system design using genetic algorithm: a proposed model A case study in the Light Industries Company-Ashtar in Baghdad‏

The current research seeks to present a proposed model for the design of a dynamic cellular manufacturing system in the Light Industries Company/Ashtar in Baghdad, one of the Iraqi industrial companies. With the aim of generating an industrial environment capable of accommodating rapid changes in the market to meet the changing and diverse needs and desires of the customer at the lowest possible cost, at the right time and the required quality. To achieve the current research relied on the methods of artificial intelligence, employing them and benefiting from them in the industrial field, especially the genetic algorithm. Accordingly, the current research included a theoretical framework for the dynamic cellular manufacturing system and the genetic algorithm, in light of what was mentioned in the Arab and foreign sources related to them. The research also adopted a field framework to design this system in the researched company using the genetic algorithm, and the researchers chose the freezers and models labs as a field for study, and in light of the results of the programming language program (MATLAB). It was reached to build a proposed model that reflects the virtual reality of this system. On the basis of that, the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the genetic algorithm that contributed significantly and effectively to finding the optimal cellular path for the dynamic cellular manufacturing system and reducing both the total time and the total cost of production. The current research seeks to determine the extent of the contribution of artificial intelligence methods to solving industrial problems, especially those related to production planning, and on this basis, this research included a theoretical framework for production planning and genetic algorithm in light of what came from Arab and foreign sources related to these topics, and this research also adopted a field framework for designing A program using the programming language (MATLAB) to design a genetic algorithm program to improve production planning in the Ishtar Light Industries Company in Baghdad, The researchers chose both the freezers lab and the models as a field of study, and the current research, in light of what was presented by the genetic algorithm program, reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the genetic algorithm effectively contributed to reducing both the total time and the total cost of production and thus improving production planning in the field of study, and in light of that A set of proposals has been presented that can be used by the management of the company in question regarding the use of artificial intelligence methods in the industrial field

The current study aims to define the nature of the strategic intelligence relationship and its role in Achieving Organizational Ambidexterity in companies. Where strategic intelligence constitutes the main motivation for all the company's activities that enable it to achieve its goals within the framework of the environment in which it conducts its business and adapting to all changes related to those activities. Through the availability of the smart minds of its members that help it maintain its competitive position and its survival in the market by using various organizational methods to achieve strategic success, and in what secures organizational ambidexterity to it. The study's problem revolves around the important strategic intelligence role in managing the company's resources and exploring new opportunities for it. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool to collect data and information through a sample poll of (40) individuals. The responses were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS) in calculating (frequencies, mean, standard deviation, correlation, and regression). The results revealed the lack of availability of indicators for the current study variables in the researched company, and in light of these results a set of recommendations was presented.

ترمي الدراسة الحالية الى بيان دور دبلوماسية التعامل لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في ادارة التنوع لقطاع الطلبة وقد هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد واختيار هذا الدور في جامعة الموصل والتي كانت مجتمعاً للدراسة الحالية أما عينتها فقد تمثلت بعينة عشوائية من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والتي بلغت ( ٤٠ ) تدريسياً، كما اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على مجموعة من المتغيرات الرئيسية متمثلة بـ دبلوماسية التعامل متغيراً مستقلاً فسرت المتغيرات الفرعية ( مسايرة المواقف، براعة التمثيل، القدرة على التكيف مع المستجدات التصرف بطريقة ترضي الآخرين أما المتغير المعتمد فقد تحدد بإدارة التنوع معبراً عنه بالمتغيرات ( فهم التباين الثقافي، توظيف مختلف قنوات الاتصال، امتصاص حالات سوء الفهم، مراعاة الفروق الفردية)، وقد تبنت الدراسة دراسة لآراء عينة من اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة الموصل . رئيس مدربين فني حنان أحمد شيخو المعهد التقني الموصل المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ووظفت عدداً من الأدوات الإحصائية التكرارات، النسب المئوية، الأوساط الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، تحليل التباين )، وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية الى جملة استنتاجات أبرزها وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة احصائية بين اختيار دور دبلوماسية التعامل وبين ادارة التنوع على مستوى عينة الدراسة. وقد تمخض عن تلك الاستنتاجات جملة توصيات أهمها ضرورة استحضار الدبلوماسية عند التعامل مع الآخرين.

Analysis of the causes of organizational dysfunction in business organizations: A survey of the views of a sample of workers in the General Company for Northern Cement/Nineveh

The causes of organizational dysfunction are one of the unhealthy cases in the business, which results in a degree of difficulty in performing the tasks. In other words, the negative effect that it may cause may go beyond what is perceived and direct. The lack of cohesion reflects a state of disintegration and the emergence of random movements may indicate disorder, poor planning and accumulation of tasks are explained in the context of laziness, and environmental disturbances explain the diversity and multiplicity of explanatory factors, and the ambiguities and omissions encountered by them. This leads to the emergence of some problems in the structure of the organization. The framework of the question of the following: Are there reasons that contribute to the emergence of organizational dysfunction at the level of the organization of the study sample? The study aimed to identify the reality of this dysfunction in the framework of the factors contributing to its composition. The current study adopted the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data on the subject under study. It was distributed (50) people and randomly. The Factor analysis was used as a statistical tool for data processing. The study pointed to a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which were the closure of the factors that reflect the relapses of seven factors, although the level of dimensionality between them was the correct one. Based on these conclusions, the study made a number of recommendation.
