Dr. Zaid Aljawary

Dr. Zaid Aljawary is a seasoned Computer Engineering graduate from Mosul University, Iraq, class of 2005. He furthered his education by earning a Master of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic, and Telecommunication Engineering from University Technology Malaysia in 2009. Known for his high motivation and rapid learning ability, Zaid has accumulated extensive experience in both academic and industry settings.
Between 2005 and 2007, Zaid served as a Teaching Assistant in the Electronic and Communication Digital Laboratory at Mosul University, while also managing the maintenance department at a small computer services company. During his master's studies, he worked as a Teaching Assistant for the microprocessor Laboratory at University Technology Malaysia in 2008-2009.

Upon completing his master's degree, Zaid joined KOREK TELECOM as a transmission engineer. In 2010, he began his tenure as a permanent lecturer at the University of Human Development in Sulaimanyah, Iraq. His academic journey continued as he pursued doctoral studies and research at the University of Valladolid in Spain, focusing on a power converter controller for renewable energy, which he completed in 2022.
From 2022 to 2024, Zaid taught and conducted research in the Biomedical Department at Qaiwan International University. He then joined Northern Technical University, where he contributes to the Electronic and Control Engineering Department, embarking on a new chapter in his professional career.
