Human resources are the real wealth of any economy, due to their active role in the achievement of strategic objectives, and their contribution to the exploitation of the rest of the resources efficiently and effectively; so the interest in this source is of the most important goals of modern economies and is the most difficult. This study deals with investigating whether causal explanation of strong association between cognitive skills and sustainable development is the appropriate and whether the evidences support the economic and social benefits of the policy of effective school. The theoretical aspect has summed up the commutative relation between education and sustainable development, through some of the criteria and strategies by the sustainability of education institutions and development. For emphasizing the causal relation ,the practical side summed up through some of educational, environmental and health indicators by using the obscure logic the impact of those standards to assess the level of development in education institutions . The study concluded to the existence of evolution in educational indicators for schools in the city of Mosul during the period 2010-2011 until 2012-2013 , compared with the period 2007-2008 until 2009-2010;also, the study found that there was no significant difference in educational indicators for early public childhood schools compared with the educational indicators of early private childhood schools , but the environmental and health indicators watched declining in the academic year 2009-2010 up to 2012-2013 compared to the school years 2007-2008 until 2009-2010

This era is characterized by the interconnectedness and acceleration that threatens the world, in which humans life. This paper inviestigate the impact of renewable electricity consumption (REC(, Carbon dioxide emissions )CO2E(, Electricity production from oil sources )EPFO(, Gross Domestic Production (GDP), and Renewable electricity output (REO) on economic growth (EG) in the United Arb State. Annual data has been used over the period of 1990-2014, this period was chosen based on data availability. The fuzzy inference system is used to estimate the economic growth, and the regression analysis has done as tools to find the relevance between the input and the output (economic growth). The results have shown that )REC(, sources )EPFO(, )CO2E( is significant with an emphasis on that EPFOandCO2E are inversely proportional with Economic Growth, that, the indicators explain 64.75% of the changes that take place in economic growth and there is no Autocorrelation problem based on Durbin-Watson Test. In addition, VECM model is utilized for finding out the effect of (EPFO, REC) on (EG). The experimental results show that (EPFO, REC) explains 55.97% of the changes that occur in in (EG). Moreover, the experimental results of serial Correlation LM Test and Heteroskedasticity Test is 0.64and 76.61respectively, That is mean model Does not suffer from serial Correlation and ther is no Heteroskedasticity in the residual.

Information and communication technology (ICT) has a significant impact on all economic sectors through innovation, higher productivity, and economic growth. This research paper seeks to illustrate how specific ICT indicators have influenced the gross domestic product (GDP) of selected Arab nations (Iraq, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Morocco) during the period from 2007 to 2021.. The multiple regression model has been used and implemented by Python language. The obtained results demonstrate that the effect of fixed telephone line subscriptions adversely affects the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the prementioned countries , while the international bandwidth of the Internet and the Internet Users Index positively affect the GDP in the countries of Saudi Arabia, Jorden and the United Arab Emirates . On the other hand, Morocco was the opposite
