About Me
Professor Dr. Mohammed M. Siddeq, is a professor in computer science in field of Digital image and video compression at Northern Technical University, IRAQ.
He received his PhD degree from Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield - United Kingdom at 2017.
He received his M.Sc. degree from university of Technology, Baghdad – IRAQ at 2000.
He received his B.Sc. degree form Al-Nahrain University, Baghdad- IRAQ at 1997.
He received UK Patent from United Kingdom patent Number GB2538094 since 2016.
In 2016 he received best paper awarded in international Conference (The 7th International Conference on Computational Methods (ICCM2016)) Held in University of California.
In 2023 he received best paper awarded in conference: ICCTATCS 2023:
XVII. International Conference on Coding Theory and Applications in Theoretical Computer Science to be held in London, United Kingdom during August 17-18, 2023
From 2019 to 2020 he worked as head of department in Computer Engineering Dept. / Technical College – Kirkuk- IRAQ.
Now he is managing a team in the field of Computer Science, specifically focusing on 3D mesh and video compression. He has published more than 45 research papers in international journals and conferences.
