I am Asst. Prof. Dr. Atheer Haso Gajo, currently serving at Northern Technical University in Mosul, Iraq. I have over 19 years of academic and research experience. I earned my Ph.D. in Business Administration, specializing in Production Systems, from the Turkish Aeronautical Association University in 2021.

My research interests focus on digital transformation in manufacturing systems, smart factories, Industry 4.0, green innovation, knowledge management, and modern management applications in industrial enterprises. I have published several peer-reviewed studies in the areas of sustainable innovation, organizational climate, and enhancing digital manufacturing performance.
Through my academic work, I aim to bridge theory and practice, contributing to the development of smart and sustainable industrial environments through agile management practices and digital integration.
