Nidaa Muhsen Ali is an Assistant Lecturer specializing in Information Technology, distinguished by a unique career spanning over three decades, combining deep administrative experience with recent academic work. Ms. Nidaa began her professional journey in administrative roles in 1990, subsequently transitioning to teaching at Al-Dour Technical Institute starting in 2018. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies in 2018 and further solidified her academic path by obtaining a Master's degree in Information Technology from Islamic Azad University - Science and Research in 2021, which qualified her for the rank of Assistant Lecturer. Her research interests are primarily focused on Management Information Systems (MIS). She actively seeks to leverage her extensive administrative background to deepen academic understanding of technology utilization for enhancing organizational efficiency. This research explores the complex dynamics of an 8D hyperchaotic system, focusing on its trajectory stability and behavior under various control parameters. By using numerical simulations, we investigate the relationship between the Lyapunov components and the stability of the system. It provides a quantitative measure of the chaos within the model of the matrix, whose derivation consists of the system’s sensitivity to perturbation, simulating chaotic systems in high dimensions faces challenges such as high computational resource demands. Difficulty in ensuring numerical convergence and stability. The results highlight the profound impact of control parameters on the dynamic behavior of hyperchaotic systems. It shows how small changes can lead to very different results. This research contributes to the understanding of high-dimensional chaotic systems. with potential applications in various fields such as secure communication complex system Dynamic control analysis and strategy.

Quantum computing is a new, evolving field of research that will change the way computing is performed by employing the principles of quantum mechanics. whereas The main goal of this research is to develop new techniques that draw inspiration from the principles of quantum physics towards improving quantum computing. This involves improving the efficiency and problem-solving capabilities of quantum computers. The research aims to study the possibility of using new technologies derived from the principles of quantum physics to develop the field of quantum computing. Using the unique properties inherent in quantum systems, such as superposition and entanglement, is an attempt to increase the efficiency of a quantum computer and solve complex problems in quantum computers. The contributions of this study have the potential to lay a foundation for extraordinary progress in quantum computing and may help contribute to the development of practical quantum machines that can beat classical computers in certain domains.

The research deals with one of the contemporary topics in the field of organizational behavior, as humble leadership is one of the most important modern leadership styles, Contemporary organizations are keen to adopt its approach, since leadership today is the basic pillar that contributes to the success or failure of organizations in light of the development taking place today in most aspects of the business environment, The research aims to identify the role of humble leadership in enhancing organizational similarity among a randomly selected sample from a group of workers in the Directorate General of Salahuddin Education, To achieve the goal, a questionnaire was developed to investigate their opinions about knowing the level of availability of the dimensions of humble leadership, which are represented by (self-awareness, appreciation of others, the ability to learn, openness) among the leaders who manage this organization, as well as identifying the level of the organizational Identification a similarity, which are represented by ( Organizational loyalty, organizational affiliation, organizational similarity), Which was distributed to the researched sample of (45). The descriptive analytical approach was also adopted in presenting and discussing the data. A set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which is the existence of a strong correlation and moral influence between the dimensions of humble leadership and the dimensions of organizational similarity. The research recommended the necessity of adopting variables Research by the researched organization, focusing on it, paying attention to it, and strengthening it as it is the basis for its success through its employees.
