The current study aimed to discover the relationship of influence between the well-being of the leader through its dimensions (happiness at work, positive feelings, physical health, perceived social value, life satisfaction) (independent variable) and the diversity of behavioral responses (positive behavioral responses, negative behavioral responses) (variable). The problem of the study started from whether the workers have a clear vision of the leader’s welfare and in a way that makes them within the framework of attraction to him and meeting his demands in the field of work, or may reactions appear contradicting that, what are the types of behavioral responses issued by the workers towards the state of well-being enjoyed by the leader At the level of the surveyed organization, does the leader’s welfare have different effects and consequences in the same workers and in a way that is reflected on the diversity of their behavioral responses, and it adopted the hypothesis that there are two effects of the leader’s well-being on the diversity of behavioral responses at the level of the surveyed organization, and the current study adopted the questionnaire as a method for collecting data on the subject under study The questionnaire covered (120) individuals at random, and the researchers used the descriptive analytical method. The study resulted in a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which are: The lack of interest in studying the subject of the leader’s welfare by researchers in the organizational field at the level of Arab studies, which made it impossible to fully comprehend it and the dimensions it embraces, so the references came as fleeting as it is fragmentary regarding its treatment and knowledge. The subject of the diversity of behavioral responses among workers witnessed sharp discussions by scientists and researchers, especially in the field of psychology, which resulted in perceptions that reveal different visions of the issue of behavioral responses and their types. The study concluded its endeavor with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is giving the leader’s welfare a measure of attention in the field of studies and research, in a manner that contributes to giving this topic its importance and thus expanding in defining the dimensions embodied in its essence as well as penetrating the field of behavioral responses and in a way that brings it out of the narrow circle to the wide circle so that it is presented Other types that go beyond what was presented by the current study and previous studies Keywords: leader's well-being, leader's well-being dimensions, diversity of behavioral responses.
