-->- يتميز العصر الحالي بتزايد كمية المعلومات باعتبارها موزدا مهما من موارد التنمية بمختلف قطاعاتهاء وقد أصبحت المعلومات من المصادر القومية والمؤثرة في تطوير المجتمعات وتقدمهاء وقاعدة أساسية لأي تقدم حضاري أو علمي أو صناعي أو ثقافي. كما أن التغير الواضح في مهنة المكتبيين وضخامة الدور الذي ينهضون به في عصر المعلومات أو عصر النظم البارعة في انتقال المعلومات؛ لم يسمح لأمين المكتبة أن يكون حارساً للمكتبة؛ أو أن يكون حلقة وسيطة بين الكتاب وقارئه؛ بل أصبحت الوظائف الأساسية التي ينجزها أختصاصيو المعلومات ممثلة في تحديد المعلومات المطلوبة وتقديم الأجابات الدقيقة للباحثين وكذا الطلبة باستخدام وسائل الاتصال كالأنترنت؛ والبحث في قواعد البيانات وشبكات المعلومات؛ وإحاطة المستفيد علماً بالجديد في مجال اهتمامه؛ أو الاتصال بفهارس المكتبات عن طريق البحث الالي وغير ذلك من الخدمات.

The research aims at showing the extent of applying quality criteria in the libraries of college and institutes in the technical teaching organization, depending on a research (the directory guide for quality criteria application in the institutions of higher education. Research prepared by Samir Kamil Alkhateeb 2010). The was conducted to show the weak and potential aspects of daily work in library in accordance with there criteria. Inaddition, the research tries to show strength and weakness points in the daily work in the libraries of the Technical Teaching institute and as follows: technical college\ Mosul, Technical institute Ninaveh, administrative technical college\ Teachnical institute Mosul. The research comes up with a set of conclusion, such as: First, there is a limited number of specialists and non- specialists in the staff members. Second, No description is given for the employee of libraries. Thired, computers are not uitilized there. Finally, all libraries expect the library of Administrative Technical College; don’t provide the facility of using internet. يهدف البحث إلى بيان مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة التي اعتمدت عليها هيئة التعليم التقني لمكتباتها ومعاهدها وذلك بالاعتماد على (الدليل الإرشادي لتطبيق معايير الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي؛ لسمير كامل الخطيب؛ )70٠0‏ فضلاً عن بيان وتحديد نقاط الضعف والقوة في عمل مكتبات هيئة التعليم التقني في الموصل ولكل من مكتبة الكلية التقنية/ الموصل ومكتبة الكلية التقنية الإدارية/ الموصل ومكتبة المعهد التقني/ الموصل ومكتبة المعهد التقني/ نينوى. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث هي قلة عدد الموظفين المختصين وغير المختصين في مكتبة المعهد التقني/ الموصل وخلو كل هذه المكتبات من أي توصيف للوظائف والمهام النتي ينجزها الموظفون فضلاً عن عدم توفر أي نشاط محوسب في مكتبة المعهد التقني/ نينوى. وإن كل مكتبات هيئة التعليم التقني في الموصل ليس لديها خطوط إنترنيت داخل المكتبة باستثناء مكتبة الكلية التقنية الإدارية/ الموصل وهذا الخط متاح للزبائن مجانا.

ركز البحث على أهمية تقويم الفهرس البطاقي لمكتبة المعهد التقني/ موصل من خلال محاولة حصر طبيعة وحجم الأخطاء والاختلافات التي يعاني منها هذا الفهرس ثم بيان تأثيرها في سهولة وسرعة استرجاع مصادر المعلومات. اعتمد البحث على منهج دراسة الحالة لدراسة الفهرسة الوصفية اليدوية والآلية في مكتبة المعهد التقني/ الموصل ولكافة مصادر المعلومات. وقد تم معرفة مدى تطبيق قواعد الفهرسة الأنكلو أمريكية على مصادر المعلومات وبيان النقاط غير الصحيحة وذلك من خلال إعادة الفهرسة الوصفية ل(50) كتاباً من الكتب التي وصلت المكتبة منذ عام 1990 ومقارنتها ببطاقة الفهرسة الوصفية التي أنجزتها المكتبة؛ مع دراسة ميدانية للفهرس الآلي المعتمد في المكتبة؛ فضلاً عن الدراسة الميدانية للفهرس البطاقي في المكتبة مع استطلاع المكتبة أراء المستفيدين لفهرسي المكتبة اليدوي والآلي وبيان نسبة الاستفادة منهما. خرج البحث بنتيجة مفادها وجود الأخطاء والاختلافات في جميع حقول الوصف المادي للكتب؛ فلا نجد بطاقة من عينة البحث تخلو من خطأً أو نقص؛ ولا توجد بطاقة تتمثل فيها جميع الحقول والعناصر. فضلاً عن توفر فهرس آلي غير متاح للمستفيدين خرج البحث بمجموعة من المقترحات تهدف جميعا إلى معالجة وضع الفهرس ولاسيما عن طريق الاستعانة بآراء ومقترحات الخبراء المتخصصين في مجال المعلومات والمكتبات وضرورة التحديث الدائم للقواعد والأدوات المستخدمة في الفهرسة الوصفية ومتابعة التعديلات والتطورات الحاصلة فيها بشكل مستمر. This Research (Descriptive cataloging in the library of Technical institute\ Mosul) has focused on the importance of evaluating "Card Catalog" of the library of Mosul Technical Institute. This was done through determining the type, size, and differences the cataloging suffers from and showing its effect on recalling the information resources easily and quickly. This research has followed the case study method for manual descriptive cataloging in the library of Mosul Technical Institute and for all information resources. The extent to which the rules of applying the Anglo-American cataloging on the information resources was known.

المستخلص : هدف البحث إلى قياس الفرق في الرضا الوظيفي فيما بين العاملين في الأقسام الفنية والأقسام غير الفنية في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة الموصل . واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة من أدوات جمع المعلومات ووزعت على جميع العاملين في الأقسام الفنية والأقسام غير الفنية من المكتبة وقد بلغت (67) استبانه . وقد اظهر البحث عدة نتائج منها: أن معدل درجات الوزن المئثوي للرضا الوظيفي للعاملين في الأقسام الفنية تزيد عن معدل درجات الوزن المثوي للرضا الوظيفي للعاملين في الأقسام غير الفنية وفيما يخص عوامل الرضا الوظيفي الآتية 1-عامل العلاقات الوظيفية : بلغ معدل درجات الوزن المئوي للعاملين في الأقسام الفنية 75,86 درجة ؛ يقابله 5 درجة للعاملين في الأقسام غير الفنية . 2-عامل الانجاز وظروف العمل : بلغ معدل الوزن المئوي للعاملين في الأقسام الفنية 77 درجة ؛ في حين بلغ 6 درجة للعاملين في الأقسام غير الفنية . 3-عامل الترقية : بلغ معدل الوزن المئوي للعاملين في الأقسام الفنية 65 درجة ؛ يقابله 69 درجة للعاملين في الأقسام غير الفنية . 4-عامل الراتب والحوافز : بلغ معدل الوزن المئوي للعاملين في الأقسام الفنية 66,71 درجة ؛ في حين بلغ 75,65 درجة للعاملين في الأقسام غير الفنية . وقد اقترح البحث اتاحة فرص الترقية للعاملين في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة الموصل لاكمال الدراسة داخل او خارج القطر. Abstract: This search aims at measuring the difference of functional satisfaction among the employees in technical and non technical Departments in central library of Mosul University. The (Questionnaire) has been used as one of data collecting Materials. It has been distributed on all employees in technical and non technical departments of the library, the outcome was 67 (questionnaire). The search shows many results, some of them are the following: The average of percentage degree of functional satisfaction among the employees in technical departments is more than that in non technical ones, these functional satisfaction factors include the following: 1-functional relation factor: The average of percentage degree among employees in technical departments is 75, 86 degree while it was 82,35 among those in non technical ones. 2-Achievement and work circumstance factor: The average of percentage degree of employees in technical departments reaches 77 degree, while it was 85,16 degree among employees in non technical departments. 3-Promotion Factor: The average of percentage degree of employees in technical department reachs 65 compare with 69 degree in Non technical ones. 4-Salary and benefits factor: In technical departments, the average reaches 66, 71 degree, while it was75,65 degree in non technical departments. The research suggested that the University of Mosul have to provide opportunities for all employees working in the central library, to continue their studies inside and outside Iraq.

The research shows the importance of current awareness service being a means to reach the researcher, encouraging and informing him about what had recently arrives at the library among the huge quantities of information of product. This needs a new and update service fulfilling the needs of the users of the library to get the information needed quickly and correctly. The library of Mosul Technical Institute being an academic library offers its services to its user (members of teaching staff and students ) is obliged to offer information services that goes with the production of information and making it easy to reach to the user. The study ends with some results: V. The ability to make current awareness available electronically to users in the library Y. The ability is recommended to publish updated materials in all specializations and to all users while using the Facebook. Y. Tt is possible to decrease time and effort as well as cost for the users of the library.

المقدمة : لو تكلمنا عن مصادر المعلومات ووصف مفهومها بشكل مختصر وشامل نحقق من خلاله جميع جوانبها لعرفناها بأنها المقوم الأساسي الذي يستند عليه في جميع جوانب المعرفة البشرية في أي مجتمع مهما اختلفت أشكالها وتفاوتت مستوياتها ومهما تنوعت فئات المستفيدين من خدماتها ؛ ومن جهة اخرى نرى تكنولوجية المعلومات في العصر الحالي وهي في تقدم مستمر في مجال تقنيات المعلومات والشبكات وانتاج المعلومات باشكالها المختلفة ؛ وتتوعت بفضل ذلك طرق استقبال المعلومات لدى العقل البشري من خلال القراءة من الكتاب او الاستماع إلى شريط كاسيت او 60 او 01/0 صوتي او من خلال مشاهدة فلم تعليمي او وثائقي او تصفح الانترنت واتصاله المباشر بالأشياء المادية الملموسة والمسموعة والمرئية لاستيعاب معلومة ما او فكرة او حل لمبرهنة رياضية. وسنتكلم في هذا الدراسة عن طريق اتصال الانسانية مع بعضهم البعض وتبادلهم المعلومات والخبرات والتجارب والاستفادة منها ؛ وذلك عن طريق فكرة ظهرت حديثا الا وهي المكتبة البشرية . ويتضمن الفصل الاول الاطار العام للدراسة المتمثل بمشكلة الدراسة واهدافها واهميتها والحدود الموضوعية والزمانية والمنهج المستخدم للدراسة ؛ واما الفصل الثاني فيتضمن المبحث الاول( المؤلف والتأليف+المؤلف والاتصال) ؛ والمبحث الثاني يتضمن (المكتبة البشرية؛ تعريفها ؛ نشأتهاء طبيعتهاء مميزاتها وعيوبهاء متطلباتهاء اهدافهاء واهميتها) + والفصل الثالث يتضمن الاطار العملي للدراسة المتمثل بتجربة المنظمة البشرية الدانماركية؛ والفصل الرابع يتضمن اهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصل اليها الباحثان. The purpose of the study is to introduce the human library: its nature, contents and services, as well as the beneficiary community. Also , the study reveals the requirements and objectives of the human library. The study concentrates on the Danish Human Library Organization: it's nature, services and requirement as a human library. Abstract The study aims at identifying the concept of open access to information and the scope of awareness of the faculty members in the Northern Technical University for this concept as well as identifying how to reach resources of open access to information. In addition, the study reveals the scope of faculty members’ desire to write and publish their researches in periodicals that have sites for open access to information. The results show that the faculty members have great realization for the resources of open access to information. المستخلص: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على الفوكسونومي وبيان تأثيره على استرجاع المعلومات في الفيسبوك, واتبع في البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تضمن دراسة المصطلحات المستخدمة كفوكسونوميات التي تمثل مصطلح وصف المصادر واتاحتها على الفيسبوك بواسطة ادوات جمع البيانات التي تضمنت الفحص المباشر من خلال قائمة الفوكسونوميات عينة البحث، فضلا عن استخدام الباحثان التحليل الاحصائي المتمثل بمعادلتي الدقة والاسترجاع، وخرج البحث بالعديد من النتائج اهمها : 1. هنالك مستويات عليا من الضوضاء في عملية الاسترجاع، والفولكسونوميات مثل (RDA ، وام) لديها دقة منخفضة مقارنة بغيرها، مما يعني أن هناك تداخلًا في المصطلحات مع الموضوعات الأخرى. 2. افتقرت جميع الفوكسونوميات التي شملها الاستطلاع الى نسبة استرجاع تقل عن (50٪) من اجمالي النتائج الملائمة. وخرج البحث بالعديد من التوصيات اهمها : 1.ضرورة اختيار المصطلحات التي تعبر بشكل مباشر وذات دقة عالية. حيث اثبتت الفوكسونوميات مثل # وصف_المصادر_واتاحتها، #Rescource_Description_and_Access، #RDA_Toolkit، #قواعد_RDA، # معيار_RDA انها ذات دقة استرجاعية ممتازة وخالية من الضوضاء. 2.ضرورة الابتعاد عن المصطلحات التي لها معاني اخرى، والتي تؤدي الى استرجاع غير ملائم ونسبة ضوضاء عالية، فضلا عن الافتقار الى الدقة مثل (#RDA، #وام)، او معالجتها بوضع مصطلحات اخرى مفسرة. الكلمات المفتاحية : استرجاع المعلومات، الفوكسونومي، الفيسبوك، الهاشتاك، وصف المصادر واتاحتها. “ ” Abstract: The research aims to clarity Folksonomy and its impact on Information Retrieval on Facebook. The research followed the analytical descriptive approach, as it was represented by studying the terms used as Folksonomy, which represent the term Resource Description and Access on Facebook through data collection tools that were represented by direct examination through the list of Folksonomies, as well as the researchers use statistical analysis that represented by the equations of Precision and Retrieval, and The research came out with several results, the most important of which are: 1. There are high levels of noise in the retrieval process, the blend folksonomies like (RDA, وام) have a low precision rather than others, which means that there is an overlap of the terminology with other topics. 2. All Folksonomies surveyed lacked a retrieval percentage that more than (50%) of a total true positive. The research came out with several recommendations, the most important of which are: 1. The necessity to choose terms that express directly and with high precision as a Folksonomy, such as وصف_المصادر_واتاحتها#, #Rescource_Description_and_Access, #RDA_Toolkit, RDA_قواعد#, RDA_معايير# That showed excellent and noise-free recall accuracy. 2. The necessity to stay away from folksonomies that have other meanings such as (#RDA, #وام), that lead to high noise in recall and lack of precision, but if we need to use them, we should clarification them by another term. Key words: Information Retrieval, Folksonomy, Facebook, Hashtag, Resource Description and Access.

The study aims to identify the application of the rules of the RDA to the books of the Central Library of the Northern Technical University using the KOHA system according to the MARC21 records. The case study approach was used as it was applied to the library, and the exploratory approach was used by looking at some previous studies in the same subject area. The study came out with some results, including the appearance of a new cataloging standard that is compatible with the rapid electronic development, which is the RDA standard. The study recommended the necessity of training and qualifying staff to apply these rules, and the necessity of applying the rules of RDA to all libraries of the Northern Technical University formations in order to ensure the unification of bibliographic records.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of social media platforms at the educational level in the Technical College of management | Baghdad, and was used descriptive analytical method, to suit the purposes of the research, a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of (50) students were randomly selected from the Department students information technology, consisting of three axes distributed over (19) items, and verified the validity and reliability of the tool and the use of statistical program SPSS and statistical processors for data processing and statistical treatments: percentages and analysis of variance single, correlation coefficient Alpha Kronbach, and The most significant results of this research are the significant effect of the independent variable (social media platforms) on the dependent variable (education), where the coefficient of interpretation (0.66%), which is the impact of the independent variable and the rest (0.34%) due to Other variables. This proves the strength of the variable social media platforms and its positive impact on the results. The most prominent recommendations were to encourage students and faculty and all those who have an active role in the educational process to conduct more researches on the possibility of activating the use of social media platforms in education and focus on Iraq.

المستخلص هدف البحث الى التعرف على بعض المكتبات المجانية المتاحة على الإنترنت خلال جائحة كورونا وعلى أهداف وأنشطة وخدمات المكتبة المركزية التابعة للجامعة التقنية الشمالية. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي لجمع البيانات والدخول إلى بعض المكتبات الرقمية ومتاجر الكتب التي أتاحت مصادرها وخدماتها بصورة مجانية على الشبكة أثناء جائحة كوروناء وكانت اهم نتائج البحث: -١‏ تعتبر بعض المكتبات الرقمية المتاحة التي اتيحت مجانا في ظل جائحة كورونا رافدا علميا للباحثين خصوصا عند العمل من المنزل ومعينا مساعدا في عملية التعليم الالكتروني عن بعد. ؟- تعتبر المكتبة المركزية للجامعة التقنية الشمالية سباقة في تقديم خدماتها خلال جائحة كورونا وذلك من خلال تفعيل بعض خدماتها المرجعية كالبث الانتقائي المعلومات والإحاطة الجارية. في ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى البحث : -١‏ الحث على استخدام المكتبات الرقمية باعتبارها مصادر مهمة للباحثين والمستفيدين. *- إقامة دورات وورش تدريبية للعاملين في المكتبات العراقية لتعريف المستفيدين بالخدمات التي تقدمها المكتبات في ظروف الكوارث وانتشار الأوبئة. “- حث المكتبة المركزية للجامعة التقنية الشمالية لإنشاء منصات تواصل الكترونية لغرض التواصل مع المستفيدين كالوا تساب والتليكرام فضلا عن عمل صفحات خاصة بها على الفيس بوك . This research aims to identify some free access libraries available on the Internet during Corona pandemic, also the objectives, activities and services of the Central Library of the Northern Technical University in this matter . The research followed the descriptive survey method for data collection also accesses some digital libraries and book stores whose resources and services were made freely available on the network during the Corona pandemic. The most important results of the research were: 1 .Some of digital libraries were made available free of charge in light of the Corona pandemic are considered a scientific tributary for researchers, especially when working from home as an assistant in the distance e-learning process. 2. The Central Library of the Northern Technical University is considered proactive in providing its services during the Corona pandemic, by activating some of its reference services such as selective broadcasting of information and ongoing briefing. In light of these results, the research recommended: 1. Encouraging the use of digital libraries as important resources for researchers and users. 2. Establishing training courses and workshops for Iraqi library workers to familiarize beneficiaries with the services provided by libraries in the context of disasters and the spread of epidemics. 3. Urging the Central Library of the Northern Technical University to create electronic communication platforms for the purpose of communicating with beneficiaries such platforms are WhatsApp , Telegram, as well as creating their own pages on Facebook

تناولت الدراسة خدمات المعلومات التقليدية والإلكترونية وإمكانية تقديم خدمات المعلومات عن طريق الفيسبوك وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على الفيس بوك وخدمات المعلومات الممكن تقديمها من خلاله والتعرف على مكتبة الكلية التقنية الإدارية / الموصل وخدمات المعلومات المقدمة فها وتقديم مقترح لتقديم خدماتها من خلال الفيس بوك. واتبعت الدراسة المنبج الوصفي في دراسة موضوع الدراسة. وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: .١‏ امكانية تقديم خدمات معلومات الكترونية من خلال موقع التواصل الاجتماعي (الفيسبوك) مثل الخدمة المرجعية وخدمة الاحاطة الجارية والبث الانتقائي للمعلومات. .امكانية التعريف بالمكتبة وانشطتها وخدمات المعلومات التي تقدمها من خلال صفحة المكتبة على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيس بوك. أما اهم التوصيات فري استغلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والفيسبوك خاصة بإمكاناته التقنية وتفاعله المباشر في تقديم خدمات معلومات حديثة ورفع مستوى أداء المكتبة. The study addressed traditional and electronic information services and the possibility of providing information services through Facebook. The study aimed to identify Facebook and the information services that can be provided through i, identify the library of the Administrative Technical College / Mosul and the information services provided therein, and present a proposal to provide its services through Facebook. The study followed the method Descriptive study of the subject of study. The study came out with a se of results, the most important of which are: 1. The possibility of providing electronic information services through the social networking site (Facebook) such as the reference service, the ongoing briefing service, and selective broadcast of information 2. The possibility of introducing the library, its activities, and the information services it provides through the library's page on the social networking site Facebook. The most important recommendations are to exploit social networking sites and Facebook, especially for ts technical capabilities and direct interaction, in providing modern information services and raising the level of library performance.
